Support Your Library
|
The Good Buy Room sells gently used clothing (men's, women's and children's), household goods and a wide variety of treasures! All proceeds fund special Library projects. The Good Buy Room is a great place to get a feel for the community and meet the people who volunteer and help support the library.
The Good Buy Room moves an ENORMOUS amount of goods each year, so come often to find the best bargains.
We are located on the lower level of the Main Library building in Buckhorn, beside the OPP Office.
5 George Street Buckhorn ON K0L 1J0 (705) 657-3695

Donate & Help the Environment
Did you know that the average American throws out 35 pounds of clothing each year, most of which ends up in landfill? Instead of throwing out the clothes you never wear, please consider bringing them to the Good Buy Room. They are likely to be exactly what someone else is looking for!!
All donations can be dropped off at the Good Buy Room, or at the Helen Bowen Branch Library in Cavendish (there is a bin for clothes just inside the door, and shelves for other treasures). We ask that all items be in good condition and clothing be freshly laundered and in good repair. Due to lack of storage space furniture cannot be accepted.
