Library Staff can provide brief answers to factual questions for Library Patrons by:

• looking up dates, names, spellings, addresses, facts and definitions

• providing brief biographical or historical information

• locating addresses and phone numbers for businesses, publishers, organizations, associations, government offices and agencies

• answering questions about the Library services and programs
